But don’t fret! Double kettlebell complexes are the best way to burn body fat while also building robust strength and power.
This is my go-to kettlebell complex with my double #metrixxelite bells from Kettlebells USA
Perform a ladder – start with 5 double cleans to thruster, take a 60-90″ break, then perform 6 double cleans to thruster. Work your way up to 10 repetitions, then ladder back down to 5 repetitions.
How did that feel? Focus on “flow” during your reps. Make the movements as clean as possible and focus on your breathing throughout.
